The project was developed as part of the trail run for our final paper in general education lessons. In collaboration with Rayan Leuenberger, we took a closer look at the topic of «vegan nutrition» in relation to the overarching theme of «sustainability». The goal was to find out whether a vegan diet is really as sustainable as we think.
Goals
The goal of the project was to get to grips with the topic of «vegan nutrition» and to create an appealing magazine about it. We also summarized our practical project in a vlog.
Process
In order to create this magazine, at first we had to get all the knowledge we could. To do this, we interviewed a nutritionist and a vegan. We ate a vegan diet ourselves for a week and filmed a vlog about it. We were then able to summarize this project in the magazine.
The project was very interesting and gave us the opportunity to deepen and expand our creative interests as well as our interest in vegan nutrition. The project was a great success and the magazine was well received by our ABU teacher.
The final result is a magazine with various details on researched information, interviews and a report on a self-experiment. Not to forget that we were also able to film our self-experiment.
