Project Overview
The project was realized at Traily for the desktop implementation. I visualized the entire login process with all possible intermediate steps so that the login could be integrated into the train travel platform. This resulted in a simple prototype with detailed steps from the beginning to the end of the registration process.
Goals
The main objective was to visualize the login process in the most comprehensible, user-friendly and technically precise way possible. The visualization should cover all states, from entering incorrect data to confirmation, and serve as the basis for the subsequent technical implementation. Particular attention was paid to clarity, reduced design and a comprehensible step-by-step structure.
Process
I started with an analysis of existing login systems and defined the necessary process steps together with the team. I then visualized all variants and states in the form of simple but precise screens. The prototype was built in Figma to be able to react flexibly to feedback and enable a clean handoff to development.

Review
One challenge was to map all possible user flows (including error cases and exceptions) in a compact but complete way. I learned how important close coordination between UX, design and development is in order to create functional and realistic processes. I was particularly pleased with the clarity of the final flow. This could be used directly as a basis for the technical team.

Final result
The result is a lean, well thought-out prototype for the login and registration process on desktop. All relevant statuses and variants were taken into account, ensuring a consistent, comprehensible process. The design remains deliberately restrained and functional, matching the platform and the use case.
