Goals
The goal of the project was to make content relating to the new Swisscom insurance policies visually accessible. The illustrations were to visualize various insurance topics, building types and processes in such a way that they support users without being overwhelming. It was important that the illustrations matched the style of the brand and could be used flexibly, whether on the website, in explanations or within the insurance process.
Process
At the beginning, I then developed initial sketches and visual styles, which I continuously coordinated with the team. After several iteration rounds, I digitally implemented the final illustrations. I paid particular attention to recognizability, comprehensibility and a clear visual style that runs consistently through all motifs.
