Project Overview
This project was part of my individual practical assignment (IPA), where I created a complete redesign of the Creative Studio team website. Creative Studio represents an internal creative unit at Swisscom, showcasing both their team and their services.
My goal was to develop a design that reflects the team’s identity, values, and vision, from the first concept to the final interface. The work included custom illustrations and the idea for a time estimator tool to help clients understand how much time their project might require.
Goals
The goal of this project was twofold: to give Creative Studio a fresh, well-structured online presence and to demonstrate my skills in UX and UI design. It was important to integrate research findings and design decisions thoughtfully throughout the process, keeping the needs and expectations of the primary target group, Creative Studio’s internal clients, at the heart of every decision.
Process
The IPA followed a defined structure with five phases: planning & organization, research & analysis, ideation & concept development, implementation, and testing. Throughout these phases, I applied a variety of methods to gain relevant insights and translate them into concrete design decisions. The project followed a mobile-first approach and was fully designed in Figma using flexible components, clean layouts, and a modular structure.

Review
The 120-hour IPA was a challenging and intense experience that required full focus from start to finish. I learned how to apply design methods strategically and how to manage a complete digital project independently. Looking back, I’m incredibly proud of the result and grateful for the opportunity to create something meaningful – from first idea to final screen.

Final result
The final outcome consists of complete website designs for both mobile and desktop, including several subpages. While the calculator tool was part of the conceptual scope, it was not developed further during the IPA. Visually, the design reflects Swisscom’s branding, but more importantly, it captures the creative spirit of the team behind Creative Studio.
