Project Overview

This project was created as part of my individual practical work (IPA). I created a redesign of the Creative Studio team website. The Creative Studio website represents the whole team and their services. The goal was to reflect exactly these crews and the team's vision in the design and to develop the design from A to Z. This also included matching illustrations for the respective areas: Video & Photo, Graphics & Illustration, Animation and Web & App Design.

Goals

The goal was to visually expand the individual crews of Creative Studio so that customers can more quickly understand what each crew does. This should be as self-explanatory as possible and also understandable for people not working in the industry.

Process

For the illustrations, I first used a moodboard to combine possible illustrations from the Internet and the brand center and defined colors. With the help of digital sketches, I drew more detailed illustrations and then illustrated them in Illustrator.

Review

The illustrations for the video and animation crews were particularly challenging, as I wasn't able to think my way into these crews myself at first. But with some research and conversations with other apprentices, four final illustrations resulted.

Final result

The final result are four illustrations for the four crews of Creative Studio. The main circle shows the main action of an apprentice in the respective crew and the additional circle shows tools and references to additional tasks.
