Project Overview
While the website of Creative Studio – an internal team at Swisscom – was undergoing a redesign, access to the site and its project request form had to remain available. To ensure a smooth user experience during the relaunch phase, I designed a «Coming Soon» one-pager. This internal assignment combined clarity, brand consistency, and smart interim design to keep services accessible without interruption.
Goals
Creative Studio primarily serves Swisscom employees who want to realize creative projects. The goal of this internal assignment was to ensure uninterrupted access to the project request form while informing users about the digital refresh of the Creative Studio website. It was essential that both the Swisscom and Creative Studio branding remained clearly recognizable.
Process
I started with quick sketches to define the basic structure and layout direction.
Relying on my knowledge of form and interaction design, I translated these ideas into several layout iterations, each refined through feedback.
The final design was built in Figma and handed off to our developer, who brought the one-pager live.

Review
One challenge was structuring the form in a way that felt intuitive and easy to use. It was my first project involving form design, and I learned what truly matters when simplifying and organizing form elements. Looking back, I’m very satisfied with how the form turned out – it became just as clear and straightforward as I had envisioned. In fact, it also served as the structural foundation for the rest of the one-pager.

Final result
The final outcome is a one-pager featuring a short team-video and a request form that allows clients to submit their project inquiries directly to Creative Studio.
Visually, the design reflects the team’s character and fulfills all defined goals.
